PSO Rate Update and Refund Information
** As of November 21, PSO's most recent rate review has been decided by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (PUD 2022-000093). PSO residential customers will receive a partial refund on interim rates that began in May 2023. This represents the most balanced approach PSO could take to ensure your power is delivered safely and reliably from a grid that is secure and strong.
Current PSO Customers
Current residential customers, those who are still on the PSO system, will receive a partial refund automatically beginning with the January 2024 monthly bill. You do not need to do anything to receive your refund as it will be marked clearly on your bill January through April 2024. Regarding refunds for all other customer classes eligible for a refund, similar to the residential class, it will be clearly marked on your bill.
Former PSO Customers Who Have Left the PSO System
If you were a PSO customer between May 22, 2023 through January 2, 2024, AND you have left the PSO system, meaning you are a former customer, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds of former customers may first be applied to any unpaid balances.
