PSO Issues RFPs for PV Solar and RICE Energy

Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), a subsidiary of American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP), is requesting proposals for PV Solar and Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine (RICE) resources to be in commercial operation by December 21, 2021 and November 30, 2023, respectively.

Both projects shall be located at the Fort Sill Military Base in Lawton, OK. The net minimum output of the PV Solar shall be 10MW to 14MW. The Net minimum output of the RICE shall be approximately 36MW.

Responses to the draft RFPs are due December 17, 2019. Response and contact information is available online at https://www.psoklahoma.com/b2b/rfp/.
